Matt Anderson is a seasoned real estate broker with more than two decades of experience serving buyers, sellers, investors, and builders across Texas. He began his career in 2002, closing over 50 homes in his first year alone—quickly establishing himself as a high-performing agent with a strong client-first approach.

During the 2007 market downturn, Matt expanded into commercial real estate while earning his broker's license, which he obtained in 2009. He then launched his own brokerage, building lasting relationships with local schools, community leaders, and relocation companies throughout North Texas.

In 2012, Matt closed 80 transactions as a solo broker and successfully grew his firm to a team of 30 agents. His leadership skills led to opportunities with multiple brokerages, where he specialized in brand growth, agent recruiting, compliance, and mentorship—always emphasizing doing business the right way.

In 2015, Matt stepped into a state leadership role with Owners.com, helping scale the Texas operation from 15 to over 300 agents in just two years. He later played a key role in launching HomeBay in Texas, where he and a small team completed nearly 750 transactions over three years.

Through these experiences, Matt developed a clear philosophy: success in real estate comes from responsiveness, strong leadership, and guiding both clients and agents with integrity and expertise. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in more than 1,500 transactions spanning residential, commercial, and new construction across the state.

Matt has lived in Frisco for over 25 years. He is married, has three children and two grandchildren, and enjoys working out, traveling, supporting his daughter's volleyball career, and exploring new restaurants.

Today, Matt is focused on growing LoKation Real Estate across Texas, with active markets in DFW, Austin, San Antonio, Central Texas, and Houston. He is passionate about helping agents grow their businesses through a modern, scalable model and welcomes conversations with individuals or teams looking to expand into new markets.
